Delete your account
You can delete your The Little Sprouties account and the data in it at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete it
- In the app: open More, tap Delete account, and confirm.
- On this page: sign in and use the form below.
- Can't sign in? Email support@thelittlesprouties.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days.

What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and email address, and your reminder and notification settings.
- Every child profile you added, with the activities sent, ratings, comments, favourites and challenge progress.
- The records of emails and notifications we sent you, and the notification tokens for your devices.
- Your referral code and referral links, and your access and usage records.
- The analytics events in our own database that are linked to your account.
This happens as soon as you confirm.
What is not deleted straight away
- Encrypted backups keep a copy until they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
- Our service providers, such as our email, hosting and analytics providers, may keep their own logs or copies for a limited time under their own retention schedules.
- A parent who invited you keeps any days of access they were already given, and activity links you shared keep working, because they contain no information about your family.
